Key Features of Leca Insulation Blocks
Thermal Insulation: Homogeneous insulation, approved by the National Fuel Consumption Optimization Organization, compliant with Chapter 19 of the National Building Regulations, and certified by the Building and Housing Research Center.
Sound Insulation: Compliant with Chapter 18 of the National Building Regulations and Iranian National Standard 8586.
Physical Workability: Leca blocks are easy to cut and nail, and can be drilled or grooved for cable and utility installations.
Fire Resistance: According to National Standard 12055 and BS EN 1363, provides 2 to 3 hours of resistance against direct flame exposure at temperatures up to 1200°C.
Compressibility: Rough texture on Leca lightweight aggregates, suitable water absorption, minimal thermal expansion, negligible shrinkage and swelling, preventing long-term cracking, and very low shrinkage, in accordance with ASTM standards.
Lightweight: Enables faster wall construction, ease of installing utilities, high earthquake resistance, and reduced mortar consumption.
Strength: Manufactured according to the latest standards, provides optimal resistance to applied loads such as cladding, cabinets, and doors and windows, reduces seismic forces on the building, and offers compressive strength over 20 kg/cm², compliant with National Standard 7782.
Optimal Shape: Leca blocks are hollow and partially solid, preventing mortar wastage and offering a variety of shapes and sizes.
