Introduction
The 10 cm Leca block features two 3 cm-thick walls made of lightweight Leca concrete and one air-filled intermediate layer.
This block has an appropriate thermal transfer coefficient and meets all the requirements of Chapter 19 of the National Building, Housing, and Urban Planning Regulations.
It is used for insulating both exterior and interior walls. The 10 cm Leca block can also be used in regions with harsh climatic conditions and for buildings classified under high energy-saving standards.
The intermediate cavity layer not only increases thermal resistance but also enhances sound insulation.
